Dear Parents
The second term is approaching and brings with it a host of activities, outings and of course examinations. The school will be hosting the Inter DPS Spanish Festival ‘La Feria’ and Inter DPS English Festival. “A thousand splendid SUNS” in November and December respectively. We will have over 600 students from different schools at DPS International. The Students of the French Exchange will visit us in October. All this, along with Model UNs, Inter School Activities, Olympiads and Sports give your wards little time to waste or squander – That, I presume, is our shared intention.
This year we have renovated the school Auditorium. Besides upgrading computer facilities, we have created a new Laboratory for computer studies. A new A.C. bus has been added to our transport fleet and if you so desire, we could gradually convert the entire fleet over the next few years. Digital banking facilities have facilitated fee payment. The school has also made a smooth transition to the March session ensuring seamless transition.
Junior school continues its diverse activities promoting learning. “Grandparents Day, Joy of Giving week, Tree plantation drives etc promote much needed value education”. Meet the author “session along with book exhibition and enactment of classics promote an interest in reading and learning. Winter is round the corner and the Kunwar Ashish Cricket Tournament will be held shortly. Sports, Yoga and outdoor activities will take centre stage even as the school has planned an Inter School Festival featuring Chess, Basketball and Scrabble.
